Constitutional Amendment #48 - The purpose of this bill is to amend the Montana Constitution to specifically protect electronic data and communications from unreasonable search and seizures.
Legislative Referendum #131 – This act legally protects born-alive infants by imposing criminal penalties on health care providers who do not act to preserve the life of such infants, including infants born during an attempted abortion. A born-alive infant is entitled to medically appropriate care and treatment. A health care provider shall take medically appropriate and reasonable actions to preserve the life and health of a born-alive infant.

From the Missoula County Commissioners;
Missoula County Fairgrounds General Obligation Bonds - Shall the Board of County Commissioners of Missoula County be authorized to sell and issue general obligation bonds of the County in one or more series in the maximum aggregate principle amount of $19,000,000. Bearing interest at rates to be determined at the time of sale, payable semiannually , during a term as to each series of bonds of not more than 20 years, for the purpose of paying costs of improvements to the County fairgrounds including constructing a new livestock and horse center for youth agricultural education , developing green space, constructing a new enclosed ice sheet and related costs associated with the sale and issuance of the bonds?
